Nearly There!

The Mast Stepping took place on 19th July. The Fox's riggers lifted the GTI Carbon mast and fitted it back into position before the first fix of the rigging.

Over the coming days the rig will be 'dock' tuned alongside finishing work on the deck and the interior. We are nearly into the snagging stage of the job and by early next week She should be ready for sea trials. Subject to reasonable wind (>15 knots) the rig will be tuned under load and, with some final preparations, will be ready for departure for the passage round to Milford Haven.

The new teak deck and window refurbishment looks superb and congratulations to Fox's on the quality and workmanship of the finish. The guys from the Oyster Brokerage were suitably impressed, commenting that She now looks as good as new!
